The name Shadow Box refers to the type of frame I have created for this piece. Please take another look at the pictures and you will see that I have made a design that has both a foreground and a background. So much of the jewelry you see these days is so flat that I decided that I wanted to create some pieces that had a third dimension to them. It took a while to come up with something that I was happy with but I believe I have made something that is special. So far I have made six of these different designs and the response has been very good for all of them. I am a sailor at heart and so the first Shadow Box I created was the Palm Tree & Sailboat. I wish the photographs of these pieces would show off the depth in the design.

This 14kt gold pendant displays very nicely on most all chains up to 3mm. I personally like small wheat or box chains as they tend to hold up well and sparkle from all directions.
